Running sessions

Keep me going

 The keep me going group's aim is for you to meet like minded people, have camaraderie and encouragement from a group setting.



  • Level One is for ladies new to running or who have not run for some time and need to reintroduce their running at a more comfortable pace. Current runs available are on Saturdays at 9.00am. 


  • Level two  builds on the fitness gains from level one and will works towards the 5km distance and beyond. Current group runs are on Saturdays at 9.00am.


  •  Level three is the highest of the keep me going groups and continues the progression and works towards the 10km distance. Current runs are on Mondays at 10.15am, Wednesday 6.15pm and Saturdays at 8.00am. Average distance covered in each session is between 6.5km to 7.5km.


The keep me going sessions are open to ladies 18 years and above. The meeting point is Chalfont St Peter Infant School.   


To book: please click on the book now button, which will take you to my home page on the runtogether website which has been set up by England Athletics.  Once there click on runs and it will bring up the choice of runs that I offer. Please note I run a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have booked a session and cancel before the 24 hours of the start of your session I will be able to credit this onto a further session, no refund will be given. There will be no refunds/discounts for sessions cancelled within the 24 hours of the start of the session.

Challenge me

These groups are the top levels for the running groups. Aimed at runners working to a stronger pacing within their runs and who would thrive in a more competitive running group.


  •  Level one is ideal for ladies working under 6 min per km pace and can complete a 5km event in under 30 minutes and a 10km event in 60 minutes. Current runs are Wednesdays at 7.00am.


  • Level two will develop this pacing further to runners working at 5.30 minute per km pacing and can complete a 5km in under 28 minutes and a 10km event in under 57 minutes. Current runs are Wednesday 7.00am.


  •  Level three is the highest of the challenge me groups and will be suitable for runners working under 5.10 minutes per km pacing and with 5km times of under 25 minutes 30 seconds and a 10km event in under 54 minutes. Current runs are Wednesday 7.00am. 


The Challenge me sessions are open to ladies 18 years and above. The meeting point is Chalfont St Peter Infant School.
