1st Half of the Spring Term 2026

Group Timetable

  • Monday 10.15am ( keep me going level 3) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- interval training (see details below). Starts Monday 5th January through to Monday 9th February 2026.


  • Wednesday 7.00am ( challenge me all levels) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle-Pace training for 10km (see below for details). Starts Wednesday 7th January through to Wednesday 11th February 2026.   


  • Wednesday 6.15pm(keep me going level 2 and 3) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- building distance into your running (see below for details). Starts Wednesday 7th January through to Wednesday 11th February 2025.  


  • Saturday 8.00am (keep me going level 3 ) meeting point Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- interval training(see below for details). Starts Saturday 10th January through to Saturday 14th February 2026.


  • Saturday 9.00am (keep me going level 1 and 2) meeting point Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- interval training. Starts Saturday 10th January through to Saturday 14th February 2026.  


The Monday and Saturday groups - These groups are now moving into the second half of the winter months and this is an ideal time to build their base level of fitness. This training cycle will give each runner the chance to build on the distance and/or time they can cover using run sections with walk recoveries tailored to their current level of fitness.  


Wednesday groups  - The training cycle for the 7.00am group will moving into pace training for the 10km event. Their current 10km time will be used to set the level of pacing they need to practice in order to have the confidence and tactical knowledge to achieve the 10km distance.  The 6.15pm group's training cycle will give each runner the chance to build on the distance they can cover within the hour session and this distance will be based on each runner's current level of fitness.
