- Wednesday 7.00am ( challenge me all levels) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- 10km pace training (see below for details). Starts Wednesday 2nd September through to Wednesday 21st October 2026.
- Wednesday 6.15pm(keep me going level 2 and 3) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- trail running into after dark running (see below for details). Starts Wednesday 2nd September 202t to Wednesday 21st October 2026.
- Saturday 8.00am(keep me going level 3) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter infant school. Training cycle- building a set distance with different pacing (see below for details). Starts Saturday 5th September 2026 to Saturday 24th October 2026.
- Saturday 9.00am (keep me going level 1 and 2) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter infant school. Training cycle- physical prep for running (see below for details). Starts Saturday 5th September through to Saturday 24th October 2026 (excluding Saturday 17th October 2026).
Monday 10.15am and Saturday 9.00am- this training cycle will give everyone the chance to build their fitness back up after the summer break. These sessions will include a gradual increase in running along with running technique and strengthening exercises.
Wednesday group 7am - this training cycle will focus on 10km pace training for any 10km events coming up in Autumn. The sessions will include tempo and interval sessions.
Wednesday 6.15pm - for September the group will be using the footpaths in and around Chalfont St Peter until it gets too dark to do this. They will the move to road running and getting used to the dark conditions again.
Saturday 8.00am - This cycle will focus on the 1km distance and the group will learn how to run this through a steady state run to a pace each runner would like to achieve in an event situation.
