2nd Half of the Summer Term 2026

Group Timetable

  • Monday 10.15am ( keep me going level 3) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- 5km event training (see details below). Starts Monday  1st June through to Monday 20th July 2026, excluding Monday 22nd June 2026. 


  • Wednesday 7.00am ( challenge me all levels) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle-5km event training (see below for details). Starts Wednesday 3rd June through to Wednesday 22nd July 2026, excluding Wednesday 24th June 2026.   


  • Wednesday 6.15pm(keep me going level 2 and 3) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- trail running (see below for details). Starts Wednesday 27th May through to Wednesday 22nd July 2026, excluding Wednesday 24th June 2026.  


  • Saturday 8.00am (keep me going level 3 ) meeting point Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- 5km event training(see below for details). Starts Saturday 6th June through to Saturday 18th July 2026, excluding Saturday 20th June 2026.


  • Saturday 9.00am (keep me going level 1 and 2) meeting point Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- 5km event training Starts Saturday 6th June through to Saturday 18th July 2026, excluding Saturday 20th June 2026.  


The Monday, Wednesday morning and Saturday groups -  

The groups are now moving into the 2nd half of the summer term. This will be our 3rd year for our internal 5km event which is held at the end of the term. The training cycle gives each person a chance to practice the route that is used plus become more comfortable with this distance and the pace that they should run to achieve this event. The event itself works on a staggered start basis so the aim is for everyone to finish at around the same time. After this we tend to have a social with sausage rolls and various cakes to celebrate the end of the term's running.  


Wednesday groups  - 

 7.00am - see above

6.15pm - This group will be making the most of the light evenings by using the many footpaths in and around Chalfont St Peter, Jordans, Seer Green and Chalfont St Giles. Each session follows a natural interval training plan where landmarks are used for the rest points or the gradient may determine when we run and walk.
