1st Half of the Summer Term 2026

Group Timetable

  • Monday 10.15am ( keep me going level 3) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- mystery training (see details below). Starts Monday 13th April through to Monday 18th May 2026, excluding Monday 4th May 2026. 


  • Wednesday 7.00am ( challenge me all levels) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle-interval training (see below for details). Starts Wednesday 15th April through to Wednesday 20th May 2026.   


  • Wednesday 6.15pm(keep me going level 2 and 3) meeting point outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- interval training (see below for details). Starts Wednesday 1st April through to Wednesday 20th May 2026.  


  • Saturday 8.00am (keep me going level 3 ) meeting point Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- mystery training (see below for details). Starts Saturday 18th April through to Saturday 23rd May 2026.


  • Saturday 9.00am (keep me going level 1 and 2) meeting point Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Training cycle- mystery training. Starts Saturday 18th April through to Saturday 23rd May 2026.  


The Monday and Saturday groups -  

The groups are now heading into the start of the summer term and each year the Monday and Saturday groups have a chance to mix up their training with a mystery element. In the past they have had off road routes, played school games from their past through to picking the session out of a hat!! The idea behind this is to freshen up their training after a winter of building distance into their running and to add a new element to their skills. That's all I can say as otherwise it won't be a mystery.


Wednesday groups  - 

 7.00am - We are now moving into the summer months and hopefully looking forward to park runs, 10kms and potentially a greater distance. This group will focus on fine tuning their 5km pacing. (This will also help with the 10km and 1/2 marathons as well). Current times will be used to breakdown the pacing and this will then be used to individually set the training for this half of the term.  

6.15pm - Lighter evenings are to be celebrated with this group so this half of the term we will be exploring all the routes that we have not been able to do over the dark winter months. This will hopefully include some off road routes using the many footpaths surrounding Chalfont St Peter and will have a mixture of time based, distance based and landmark based intervals.
