Maybe you are new to exercise or are someone who didn't take to exercise at school and are nervous to join in on a group session, then personal training sessions are a a good option.
These sessions will incorporate the key elements of fitness- cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition.
As a certified menopause movement coach and women's coaching specialist I can offer full support for women 18 years and above.

It maybe that you have a particular running goal that you want to achieve and a more individual approach would benefit you. In person private running training can include a single training session up to a number of sessions depending on your goal/s and can include personalised training plans, technique work, strength and conditioning, goal setting and event planning.
These sessions can be arranged on a one to one basis or up to four people. Meeting place - Chalfont St Peter Infant School. Each session is 45 minutes.
There are many training plans available for free so why choose a training package? These plans will be fully tailored to your individual aims and goals so will account for your current level of fitness. Plans range from 5km up to 1/2 marathons distances and can be plan based only (this will be set after your initial consultation call) through to full support with weekly reviews and accountability calls. Using a coach will bring more to your training journey than using a downloadable plan as you will be able to discuss any concerns about your running, as well as feel fully supported in your preparation for your goal that you are working towards.
