Wear what you feel comfortable in. A good pair of trainers that offer a good level of grip are essential as we do use both on and off road terrain. Gloves and a hat will be good idea when it is cold as would a light weight waterproof jacket for the rain.
The British weather can throw all sorts at us when we are exercising. The sessions will run in most conditions unless it is deemed unsafe to do so such as icy roads, high temperatures or thunder and lightning.
Rain does not stop play.

If for what ever reason you are unable to make a session just let me know, ideally before the session starts so that we do not wait around for you.
Unfortunately I am unable to look after any keys or phones. Please purchase a running belt which will be able to hold your essentials. If you have driven it may be a good idea to have a spare set of shoes and dry clothes ready for the end of the session.
