Hi my name is Linda Wheable. I started my fitness career at a young age swimming from club level through to county success and continued this into masters events. I then branched out into sprint triathlons and running events covering distances from 5km to half marathons over the past twelve years.
I initially set up mljrunning to help bring like minded women together to participate in group runs where they could improve their running fitness at the same time build a community where they felt valued regardless of their ability. This has developed further in recent years as I have taken a keen interest in how exercise can be used to improve both physical and mental health, and how it can help sustain a person through the many stages of life.
The best part of all of the services that I offer is to see the real sense of achievement when someone manages to achieve their goals that they have set, be it completing their first continuous run, smashing their personal best to changing their lifestyle to become the stronger healthier person they have wanted to be.
Each part of life can bring new challenges to our fitness journeys and I absolutely love working with ladies to help them embrace feeling fitter and building their confidence in a supportive way that works with who they are.
