Menopause can be a difficult transition for many women as they try to navigate their way through the next stage of their life's journey. From hot flushes, sleepless nights, weight gain, anxiety, brain fog, sore muscles and joints and a general feeling of not being yourself. For some women that may have exercised all their lives this can be a very confusing time as they may no longer be able to exercise at the same intensity they used to and may notice that they become injured more frequently. For others weight gain becomes the dominant factor and add in limited sleep they find they are in a downward spiral to loss of confidence .
Menopause movement coaching will help you to look at the lifestyle changes that you can make. Movement, smart nutrition and an understanding of the changes that are happening to you will give you the best chance to turn this transition around so that you can embrace the next part of being you.
Sessions last 45 minutes and can be in person (within a 10 mile radius of Chalfont St Peter).

Are you seeking a supportive environment to walk and chat with other like minded ladies to give you a chance to unwind, relax and prioritise your well being? Open to ladies 18 years and above but with an emphasis on extra support for those experiencing menopause symptoms.
Studies have shown that spending time outdoors can boost your mood, reduce stress and promote well being.
These walks will be completed at a relaxed pace to give the chance to chat and aim to be approximately 3.5 miles and will last about one and a half hours. Meeting place is outside Chalfont St Peter Infant School. The walks are free but you will need to booked onto them to guarantee your place as there is a maximum number of 12 for the walk.
